HAPPY BIRTHDAY GRAMMA!!!!

Ok so it was actually yesterday but we didn't get our post added!!!  We were too excited to get to your party (Thanks Steph for the fun!).  Mom turned 29 again!!  We hope you had a super day!!  We love you more!!!

What a zoo!!!

We hit the zoo for the first time this summer!!  It was pretty hot but we had a great time!!  We went with Emilee and her boys and Ashlee and her boys!!  It was a fun day!!  I am so glad Emilee suggested it!!!

Patrick's short cast!!!

Patrick has graduated to a short cast!!  YAY!  There are a lot of things you just can't do if you can't bend your elbow!!!  The Doc says everything looks great!  It is amazing to me how our bodies can heal themselves, even grow more bone if needed!!  WOW.  

Piano Recital

Wyatt had his first piano recital this week.  He did such a great job!!  He has only been in lessons since April 4th.  We were so proud!!!  We are looking forward to many years of great music!!!

What a way to start the summer....

Patrick broke both bones in his forearm, just in time for summer!!!  We found a cool cast cover so he won't have to miss out on all the fun!  Right now, he is thinking of a story about how it happened (the real story isn't a so great).  It will probably involve skateboarding or saving the girl!!! 

Family Night

 

For family night, we had friends over for a BBQ and s'mores!!  It was a perfect night and the s'mores and the roast Starbursts (Who knew they could be so good?) went fast!!  The kids roasted two bags of Starburst and at least one bag of marshmallows!!  Can you say 'sugar rush'?  It was a fun night!  We are sure glad we were able to 'keep up with the Joneses'!!!
